Abigaile Pittman made a presentation to the Orange County Board of Commissioners at their June 5 meeting about the progress made by the Bicycle Safety Implementation Subcommittee of the OUTboard (Orange County United Transportation Board). The centerpiece of the presentation consisted of four videos produced by students at Cedar Ridge High School near Hillsborough, NC.
